The ventilation is controlled by simple air-conditioning control devices or complex air-conditioning computers. We have made a name for ourselves particularly with so-called underfloor ventilation.

Remember, a good ventilation system already has to have been discussed before excavation work starts, particularly with new-builds. This helps to avoid any unpleasant surprises at a later date.

The underfloor ventilation is a special ventilation system that guarantees circulation through a central exhaust air blower. The fresh air is blown through underground channels into the pen. The ‘used air’ is pulled through the slatted floors into the exhaust air channel via the sluiceway. You thus achieve ideal air quality in the animal area and in the passageways.

The temperature is regulated with butterfly valves, meaning that you can define different temperatures for each chamber. You can enter all the important settings centrally and conveniently at one device. The ventilation computer SC-2000, combined with the corresponding alarm device, offers the necessary comfort here and of course also the security that everything is perfect with regard to the air quality.

The underfloor ventilation is ideally suited for the installation of an air washer thanks to the central exhaust air system. In the consulting and installation of these air washers, we work closely with the company Hungerbühler in Sommeri.
